  • 48+ Hours Notice: If you cancel your consultation appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund or can reschedule at no additional charge.
  • 24-48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a 50% refund or rescheduling with a rescheduling fee.
  • Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund, but we may allow rescheduling at our discretion, subject to availability and a rescheduling fee.
  • No-Show: If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

We are committed to providing high-quality wardrobe consultation services. If you are not satisfied with your consultation experience, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and may offer:

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances

Subscription Services

For our Seasonal Subscription service, the following terms apply:

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but refunds are only available for unused portions of the current subscription period if cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase.
  • After the 14-day period, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the current period.
  • All scheduled consultations within the current subscription period will be honored, but no new consultations will be scheduled after cancellation.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we reserve the right to reschedule appointments or offer refunds at our discretion. We will make every effort to accommodate affected clients and provide alternative solutions, such as virtual consultations when in-person meetings are not possible.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. If we make significant changes to a service you have already booked, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer:

  • The option to proceed with the modified service
  • A full refund if the modifications are unacceptable to you
  • An alternative service of equal or greater value

Disputes and Chargebacks

Customstoreux is not responsible for returns, refunds, or exchanges of products purchased from third-party retailers.
